Nival Groundnut (peanut) Oil is cold-pressed from quality groundnuts and offers a light, mildly nutty flavour that suits a huge range of cooking — from everyday frying to festive sweets. Because groundnut oil is permitted during many Hindu fasts, it is also a favourite for the vrat kitchen.

Pressed the kachi ghani way — crushed slowly in a wooden/steel ghani that keeps temperatures below 40°C, so the natural aroma, pungency and nutrients are never cooked out.
